Chiquita, Danone Form Joint Marketing Venture

Chiquita Brands International Inc. said it has formed a joint venture with Groupe Danone to market Chiquitas Just Fruit in a Bottle, and other products in Europe. Danone, headquartered in Paris, markets yogurt and other products in the U.S. under the Dannon brand.
