Penn West Energy Trust in Joint Venture Pact

May 13 (Bloomberg) -- Penn West Energy Trust said it has entered into an agreement with a wholly-owned subsidiary of the China Investment Corp. to form a joint venture that will develop Penn Wests bitumen assets located in the Peace River area of northern Alberta.
